Entered the menu > Setting>initial set up> master reset> 0000> ok

Soft Reset : press*#7370#, press call, if show security code put 12345
Hard Format : Press call button, combined button *,button 3, press together with power button
Entering Safe mode : Press button” 2”, combined with power button
